No sorry. Team size must be 2,3,4,5 or 6 members. We recommend you find a team of 4-6 members for the best experience!
Simple, we will unveil the themes at the start of the hackathon. Select one that resonates the most with your team. Ideate, and build a solution over the next 48 Hours. At the end of the hackathon, you will pitch your solution in-person to a judging panel.
The specific submission material information will be shared with you at the event but you can expect needing a Pitch Deck (Slides), A minimum prototype and a video demo of your solution. Minimum working prototypes are not mandatory, but they are highly recommended and will impact scoring.

Anything! The themes will range across different topics, solutions can be direct like Apps, websites, physical products or more abstract like a new algorithm, a new way of doing things. We encourage you to build something that can make a difference!
We will have a panel of judges from the industry from various backgrounds. They will evaluate your submissions based on your pitch which will have the most weightage. You submissions will also be judged and a cumulative score will decide the winning teams!
This will be confirmed after registrations are finalized but you can expect around 5 minutes to convey all the work you have done in the last 48 hours!
Anyone from the team can pitch or the full team can pitch together, we recommend discussing this with your mentor before deciding.

Absolutely not, to keep a fair playing field, all work must be done during the 48 hours of the hackathon. You can use existing libraries, frameworks, and tools, but the core idea and implementation must be done during the hackathon.
Feel free to use AI tools or productivity tools to help you work efficiently. At any point in time, if we find that any major work was pre-existing, your team will be disqualified.

The Idea is all yours! We do not claim any rights on your idea or implementation. We encourage teams to take their idea further after the hackathon ends and would love to see your success stories.
